RMC is the only mobile service provider that connects to all the telecom operators in both main land and Taiwan, including mobile and landline phone users of China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom in mainland and that of all 2G and 3G operators in Taiwan.
RMC at present provides products mainly on music through channels of IVR (Interactive Voice Response), SMS, MMS, WAP and Internet. The products include RT (ring tone), RBT (ring back tone), photos, cartoons, themes, games music player, SNS and RSS, etc.
RMC has been the top in the field of 3G and 4G telecom value added service. On 1st May, 2005, RMC became the first offering mobile streaming service for China Mobile. Being the earliest member providing 3G service in TW, RMC is now cooperating with China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom in 3G products such as mobile MTV and IVVR (interactive voice and video response).  Now RMC is one of the eight cooperators with TW government in 4G WiMAX Lab Project to develop 4G products and services. It came up with KTV product based on WiMAX in COMPUTEX 2008, the Taipei International Computer Exhibition.
